Fun Role Play ideas

I'm about to start my final playthrough before I get my platinum trophy. I want to make this run special by doing a role play run.

I already did one of a Red Sox player who only wore a baseball uniform and used a baseball bat but would love a more strict role play.

I feel like a Heisenberg one is overdone although the idea of making caps purely from making drugs does sound like a fun way to character progress.

Any ideas are welcome!
