Question about my next possible chalice dungeon

Done the Pthumeru, Central Pthu, Lower Pthu, Hintertomb, Lower Hintertomb and now ofcourse looking for my next fix.

I cant do the Cursed and Defiled Chalice nor the Ailing Loran or the Great Isz chalice. When I google the locations of the materials needed to get those chalices, I only get locations inside those respective chalices I cant start :D

Did I miss something? I've been thoroughly searching my way through all the rooms. Do I need to farm more dungeons and hope to get the right materials?
