Is there a way to transfer a FFX vita save to a PS4 if I don't have a PS4 copy yet?

I haven't used my vita in months and plan on gifting it to my nephew but my FFX characters are more accomplished than any of my prior play throughs and I don't want to lose them. I haven't yet got a PS4 copy and likely won't for a bit but I'd still like the save for when I do. Thanks for any help if it's possible!
