Need some help for my dad.

Tl;Dr: the company my dad works for is being sold and he's looking for a new job that pays into railroad retirement.

So yeah, my dad has worked for CSX in chicago for 15 years, then moved southwest to a small class 3 company. He's the operations manager for his rail yard, but the company is being bought out. The big problem there is that it's being bought by a railroad that doesn't pay into railroad retirement.

He told me that there is a book that I think is called the G-core, and has a list of all the companies that offer the railroad retirement.

My dad is 58 and has almost 20 years railroad experience, and I want to help him scout for new jobs. He doesn't know I'm doing this, and I'm not really sure where else to search for this info.

Long story short, too late I know, if anyone here knows of any job openings that pay into the retirement fund, from switchman to superintendent, is willing to hire someone so close to retirement, or any links to help my search, please get in touch with me.

Edit: I should also mention that he has no problem relocating to anywhere in the us but I know he wants to go somewhere else that's warm
