[Q] Karambit fade 99% the same as true 90/10?

Is it possible that before the new updated on zone people thought they had 90/10 just because zone showed so? But in reality they just had an "good" 90/1/9 and it fell under the category 90/10. Now that the system has been updated and more accurate there aint that many true 90/10 (100%). Can anyone prove me wrong? Is there any proof that 99% fades can be true 90/10?

People selling their "true" 90/10 for 350 keys. That seems not legit.
