Shadowplay stopped recording audio recently

So in the last two and a half months sometimes Shadowplay would not record audio, it depended on the start up of my pc. (maybe something failed to start up properly?). After reinstalling GeForce Experience it stopped working all together. (after my match of whatever im playing i'd look at the shadowplayed clips and there would be 0 sound)

My Rig: Geforce GTX 970, Intel core i5-6600K @ 3.50GHz and 8GB Ram, Win 10 pro 64Bit

My Drivers (as of 21/2/16) are up to date (Version: 361.91).

My Shadowplay settings (which have been the same since it started) mode: Shadow And manual. Shadow time: 5min (4.9GB). Quality; bitrate = 130 (max) res = in-game fps = 60. Audio is on in-game. Note: Desktop capture is turned off.

I've done/tried: Disabling all sound playback devices i dont use, reinstalling geforce experience, downgrading (that did not support my 900 series GPU), restarting (tons of times, but no dice), and maybe some other stuff that i forgot about :>.

Any info/support/help is extremely appreciated and any info someone needs that thinks he can help i'll fetch as fast as I can.
