Convince me to come here

I am a high school senior who is on his college search. I am down to to The U and FSU. I am accepted into Carlson and intend on getting a bachelors in finance. I have toured both campuses and loved both. I love the city feel of The U. I prefer it to FSU's campus. The problem comes down to money in the end. The tuition for me at The U is not cheap for my family, even though it is our instate school. At fsu the tuition may be 10,000 a year less, unless The U comes with a scholarship. The fafsa was not so nice to my family and projected way to much than my family can afford . I really would like to attend. I would like to know what you love about Minnesota, and what not so much. And if you think it is worth the extra tuition money.
