Moving to Albany Park in April/May

I'm moving from Virginia to Chicago sometime in April or May and I'm looking for any potential roommates/advice. I don't have an exact date that I'm moving yet, but I'm coming to visit the city and look at apartments at the end of March, so I should have a better idea of the date after that. Here's a little about me:

• Female, 26 year old college graduate. I'm moving to find better paying and more reliable work (I will most likely be working at an animal hospital).

• I have a cat and I love all animals, so if I find a roommate who has an animal, that is no issue.

• I'm looking for either a 2 bedroom ($1200 or under) or a 3 bedroom ($1500 and under) in Albany Park.

• I have been talking to a few different leasing companies that have apartments that match these prices and I will be meeting with them to do walk throughs when I'm in town.

• I'm a very laid back, clean person. I keep to myself and never use other peoples' things or invade their space.

• I'm looking for a reliable, responsible roommate around my age who can compromise, communicate, pay bills on time, etc.

• I'm hoping that if I do meet someone who could be a potential roommate here that we can meet when I come into town as well! I'm really excited to move and to meet new people and I hope that this can be a starting point for a happier life!
