I'm probably over thinking this, but is running a forum/message board sinful?

This Is a rather weird question, and I will word this as best as I can.

I am developing a kind of reddit-like message board/link sharing site as a programming hobby project, as I want to peruse a career as a web developer. However, I occasionally worry that this is sinful in some way. It's not going to be a website that is NSFW (that type of content will be filtered off) or anything like that, but as someone running it I will probably need to manually remove that type of stuff if it shows up. Plus it is a user base driven site so the attitude of the community will affect what gets discussed.

Is it wrong to put yourself in a position where you may be in contact with NSFW material, even if that is not your intention? Is moderating a community site like Reddit sinful in general?
