Looking for advice

Hey guys, thought this kickass community could give me some advice. I'm currently in a financial bind and was hoping somebody could give me some info on selling glass. I have a custom Long Island Glass piece I'm trying to part with because I really need the money. I've seen people selling pipes and such on etsy, but was unsure if this was my best option. Just wanted to cover my bases legally (living in South Carolina if that's relevant) and find out if maybe there's a better way to sell this piece. Any advice would be much appreciated.
