Can anyone help with frequencies?

Okay so I will try to write as least as possible. Basically my problem is with frequencies. About two months ago I started having some weird performance issues on my G2. When I checked kernel adiutor, I found that frequencies started to jump strangely unlike before. Before with my configuration it was like this : lowest 300ghz, middle 1030ghz and finally highest 2265ghz. Now it's like 300ghz, 422ghz, 630ghz, 960ghz, 1030ghz and so on and that makes HUUUGE scrolling lag. Like a disaster, even my old Galaxy S3 wins over G2 now. So the thing is it jumps very frequently through all these frequencies making it lag, unlike before when on touch it would hold on max frequency (that's how ondemand is supposed to be). I tried of course since many reflashing, full CSE wipes, different ROMs and kernels, but the problem exists, it's like the phone reads old configurations and combines them in one, making these. What to do? My G2 is laggy as crap now.
