Breaking lease early

Hey guys!

Recently we have been looking at apartments and priced have gone way down compared to what were paying now. According to my lease agreement it is a 200 dollar charge if I give a full month's notice. That's what I signed to. Now my question is if I broke it to get a better price somewhere else is that the only consequence? Or can they hold you to other consequences that are not stated in the agreement? I should note our lease ends June 30
