Looking for hairstyle advice.

Hello, I'm looking to change up my hairstyle soon as I'm sick of the one I have now (have had it for several years) and I just don't like it. I'm looking for something shorter, and a bit less immature looking as I'm 17 and will be applying for part time jobs in the near future. These are the styles I've considered thus far, but I don't know if I'd suit them, or if there are any better alternatives. My hair is fairly thick and grows fast, and ideally I'd be looking for something that isn't high maintenance. Honestly, I don't know much about hair, so that's why I came here. Thanks for any advice!
