Laptop Freezes

Hello my win 10 laptop started to freezing today. when it happens, Screen and lights stay on, but all other things like fans , hdd, ssd stop working. Have to force power off everytime. After power on again, it sometimes keep restarting couple of times before starts running normally.

I suspected heat issue. but temperatures are normal when the laptop freezes.

Does anyone have any idea what might be the problem?

I guess some kind of hardware failure.
