Good Tycoon games without IAPs?

Hey guys.

I'm looking for a new game in a similar vein to the old shool Sim or Tycoon games. Sim City, Sim Farm, Rollercoaster Tycoon, that kind of stuff.

I've downloaded Civilization Revolution 2, and have played the hell out of Game Dev Story, but I'm a bit burned out of Kairosoft games, especially with their new pricing scheme. I don't mind paying for games, I just hate IAPs.
