An Idea for NA to improve

Why not have every NA Pro Player and Org meet and discuss their position in the CS Scene?

They can discuss their Strengths and Weaknesses, watch Demos and have them analyze what they're doing right and wrong. Try to improve their communication and teamwork.

This method actually worked for me when I was taking AP Chemistry. Our tutoring consisted of a numerous amount of students discussing what we were doing wrong and right, and figured out what needs to be done to improve.
