Open Workouts?

Hi Cardinals fans,

I'm going to be in Miami next weekend and I was thinking of driving up to Jupiter to see the cardinals.

Do the cardinals have open workouts for fans to spectate and maybe get autographs? If so, what time do the open workouts run.

Thanks!
