Can i see planets and galaxies with those telescopes? And is there a way for computarize them?

I would love to see Saturn and it's rings, Jupiter, galaxies... And that stuff.

It will be my firts telescope, i'm new in this :) If you think that those are bad telescopes then tell me about a good telescope :)

My budget is about 300$
