[Build Ready] Build Novice Looking for Input

USD$

Hi r/buildapc! I'm a long-time lurker on this subreddit and have really enjoyed looking over the amazing builds that come together here. This isn't my first build - actually my second - but it's been a long, long time since I've built a PC (2008). My old i7-920 needs replacement and that's why I'm here. I put together what I feel is a decent machine.

Primary use will be for office use - Visio, Project, SketchUp, Office are my primary tools. But I'll also be doing some gaming and very light video editing. Gaming wise I'd like to run newer games and I'm okay if I'm not at the bleeding edge. So 1080/60fps is fine by me.

Here's my build. In general I'm just looking for thoughts on any bottlenecks or easy improvements that would net worthwhile gains. I've already pulled the trigger on purchasing but nothing has shipped yet.
