Looking for: 4bed north of Boston starting June

Hello Bostonians!

Myself and 3 roommates (2 graduating engineers) a sound recording technician and a working musician are looking for a 4bed north of Boston (Medford Malden Somerville specifically) within walking distance to a T stop

We have a cat. 2 cars And we're shooting for rent 2400-2700. No broker fee. Starting June 1st.
