[Build Help] Question about whether I should upgrade from my 760.

Hi. I'm looking at this GTX 970: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-gtx970gaming4g It seems like a decent deal. My question is, should I jump on this, or wait for the new cards. I'm only interested in 1080p, so I'm not sure if the new pascal cards would benefit me that much. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
