Quick question: Is this a good bank statement? (It looks like it's fake to me) (It's needed for grad school applications)

Gradschool applications require international students to provide bank statements of their sponsors.

If a family or other personal sponsor will provide funding, a bank letter or monthly statement with sufficient funding for at least one year’s total cost is required with this form verifying sponsorship. The bank letter or monthly statement must be in English and clearly detail the account owner and available funds, printed on the bank official letterhead, and signed and date by a bank offer.

http://imgur.com/qacbq8v is the bank statement I will be sending to the gradschools. My sponsor got this from the bank herself. Does it look weird in your opinion?

It is obviously not fake but it looks like it's fake to me because its language and formatting is so simple.

Also it says "this information is issued without any responsilibity on our part". I'm not good at these things but it doesn't sound right. And the paper is just a regular A4 paper.

Is the statement okay? Or should I find myself a proper bank statement example from google images and take it to the bank with my sponsor and ask them to give me something like that? I don't think they can use photoshop or create a good looking statement really. I also don't know how the statement should look like or how to find a good looking statement, if that makes sense? What should I do?
