Getting Married soon and looking at renting a place or buying a mobile home in a park thoughts?

My credit is very good like 805 from what I have seen. I have 4000 in credit card bills at low rates. I make $15/hr doing tech support. The wedding is being taken care of by family which is nice. MY biggest issue is rent in portland, OR anything worth living in is 1400 a month and up. Ive looked at buying a mobile home in a park which I wouldn't mind but I don't know jack about loans. theres one for $30000 near me that seems nice. I need advice my fiancée make $19/hr and works like 25 hours a week and has $19000 in student loans. My question is where do I look to live?
