how on earth do i date? :|||||

I've tried OkC, Her, Tinder, etc. etc. All my dates end up being boring or I'll go out with them for a while and they end up being totally crazy—compulsive liars, emotionally abusive, etc. etc. I feel like my standards aren't super high, but I'm 24 and I've never had a long-term relationship and I'm starting to feel really broken/shitty about it. I don't know if I'm just demiromantic, bad at dating, or if the universe is just out to get me. Anyone have advice? I sorta just feel like giving up and accepting my fate as a cat lady, tbh.

(Though if you live in Austin and you're single... wink, wink.)
