The kids in my neighborhood are about to get a lesson in being an adult.

I used to love this neighborhood. It used to be quiet, friendly, no problems. However a few years after we moved in all the nice people moved out and it's been nothing but a revolving door of assholes ever since. Our house has been shot with a bb gun, egged, children have ran through our yard screaming, playing loudly at night but now I have reached my breaking point. These shithead kids have started letting my dog loose, knowing Damn well he does not listen and come home when he isn't on his line. I haven't seen it happen, but how else would my dog get loose with no damage to his collar or line when kids are outside?! I'm so tired of these kids. They throw trash only in our ditch. They don't move out of the road for cars. And now they're risking my dogs life. I just put up a no trespassing sign and another that tells them that if they let my dog off his line again I will call the police. I'm so close to writing a letter to every house on this block and tell the whole neighborhood to get their kids in check or I am going top unleash holy hell discipline upon them all. The worst part is I don't even know why we are the only house that gets picked on. The only difference between our house and theirs is we don't play in the street with them and we are the only white family on the block. I really hate to believe I'm being targeted because of my race but I don't see why my lack of children old enough to play with them is enough to warrant this behavior. Please bromos, I need help.
