Trading in League of Legends

I used to play a lot of cs go. I have about 1.3k hours in cs go but got bored of it. One of the cool features is trading, which you should know what you can do, trade your skins! It would be cool if you could trade skins in league of legends. For example, if my friend quit playing a champion and he wants to play a champion that I have a skin for but don't play, we could switch.

TL:DR What do you think about trading skins in league of legends?
