Chopper Tail/Dubsta 2 - solo grinding - ~$200k+/hr?

With the Trevor contact missions being 2x today, this grind is incredibly easy and profitable today.

Requirements:

• Owned garage at 76 Greenwich Parkway (the one by the LSC nearest LSIA)
• Dubsta 2 (gold or silver) in garage at 76 Greenwich Parkway
• Buzzard
• Heavy Sniper
• Chopper Tail mission unlocked in your call list

This is how I'm grinding -

• Set spawn location to 76 Greenwich Parkway
• Enter Invite Only session
• Start "Chopper Tail" mission from garage at 76 G Pkwy
• Go back and forth until a Dubsta 2 spawns
• Park the spawned Dubsta in your garage
• Call pegasus for your Buzzard
• Fly buzzard to vantage poiint
• Get in Dune Buggy, get out immediately
• Take buzzard to Meth lab location, use homing missiles to take out the 3-4 cops/cars at the front of the building (Don't blow up the one under the carpark, b/c it will blow up an SUV and fail your mission)
• Land the buzzard on the brownish hilltop to the back left of the meth lab
• Use your heavy sniper to take out the remaining 4-5 cops from a safe distance
• Before retrieving the SUV, move the police car that's between the fence out of the way
• Get in SUV, turn right through the fence (where you just moved the police car from), then immediately left, down through the ravine and through the tunnel.
• Follow the GPS, and if you go fast enough, you should avoid any conflict on your way to Trevor's

Depending on how long it took you to farm another Dubsta 2, you could get the max payout of $44400. After the mission is over, I choose another contact mission, but then quit the job after it loads. This results in me being spawned back at 76 Greenwich Parkway.

Rinse and repeat. Every 48 minutes, sell a Dubsta back to LSC before you start Chopper tail again.

If you can do the mission ~4 times in an hour, that's about $160k, and selling 2 dubstas in that time nets another ~45k...
