Having trouble finding out current CA airsoft law

So I haven't really been keeping up to date recently, other things have been taking priority, but I know there was a lot of talk about SB199. Now if I search for CA law, I'm only getting results from the past talking about that law, rather than what is currently going on.

So my question is, what exactly do I have to do if I want to take my guns to a field like SC village, and are there any good links I can read up on?
