Slow cellular data on iPhone 6s Plus

Before I switched to the iPhone,I had a nexus 6. The data was blazing fast, getting 25megabits down and 10 up. This allowed me to stream Netflix, look on reddit, and watch youtube videos in 1440p with no buffering. With my new iPhone, I'm getting even better download speeds of 30(Tmobile btw), but the real world speeds are just horrible. Cant download anything in a reasonable amount of time, can only watch youtube in 360p or 720p if I'm lucky, and Netflix is out of the question. So my question is, is anyone having this same issue? and if so, have you found some way to magically fix it?
