Is this a stupid question? [Ask]

Haven't played in a long time. I'm level 90 with a decent layout. For the last week I've been watching attack replays and have noticed virtually everyone directly attacking my th bypassing all my walls and defenses without using jump spell. Can someone explain please?

I want to get back into coc, but this strategy or glitch is just ruining things for me.
