I read a lot of things about "slut tells." Ranging from she has a tattoo to she's traveled abroad to she fucks like a porn star. My favorite is, "she'll have a reputation"... what is this, high school? A city is a big place and unless she is specifically fucking around in your friend circle, there's a very good chance you will never hear about it.

Your average promiscuous woman doesn't have a clit piercing, a drinking problem, or blue hair. She looks like the nice girl down the street, the kind of woman you might mistakenly assume is "safe" by using your handy slut tells.

The truth is you really have no idea what any girl's n-count is. You can't even accurately ballpark it. It's an easymode lie for a woman to tell; it's mostly a lie by omission. For the cherry on top, she can even pretend to be awkward and new to sex if she wants to: starfish, ahoy!
