What is the OC_TURBO header on Z170MX-GAMING 5 motherboard? Image attached.

What is this header used for? I cannot find the relevant information on the internet (too many results relating to overclocking) and can't find the info in the manual. Please let me know what I can use this header for and what purpose it serves.
