Views vs Subscribers

Hi there, so I made a couple of videos on making android applications, actually games, some days ago I put a link to a series on reddit where you can learn how to make a Sudoku game in android. And it was good, I had 300 views in 48 hours, which is more than I expected, but 4 subscribers.

So my question is that is it normal to have that few subscribers per view? Or am I that bad at making videos? ( to this question this is the channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/m4rc3ll99 )

What can/should I improve to gain more views and subscribers? Thanks in advance for everybody :)

PS: I'm not here for views, I'm here to improve my channel, and my videos. Any idea, I don't care bad or good critic, just respond.
