Is Heart Of Thorns planned to have its price lowered in the near future? Or is it on "sale" anywhere?

Hullo everyone. Just started playing a bit ago. I really like it, I struggled to get into an MMO for a while now but I'm really liking GW2. Always in the place you least expect it I suppose, I played GW1 and thought "Oh thats nice" and put it away after a little.

Anyway! I was wondering if HoT was planned to have its price lowered soon. I know MMO DLC normally takes a couple months at full price then drops down to 19.95 or something like that, so yunno, I'm worried of that.

I know it was a big fiasco with the initial price, and $50 is kind of a lot, but I really want to start a third character and at present I'm just kind of freeloading anyway! Haha.

Thanks! Have a nice day!
