Fastest way to level up

I've heard a lot of people talking about how they do a bunch of missions such as Cleansing the Commonwealth in order to level up fast. While that may be more fun than my method, it is a lot slower. I got this from someone else, whose name I don't remember. If you remember explaining how to do this for me, thank you and sorry for not properly crediting you. I went from level 75 to level 216 doing this. Still took many hours, but it is the fastest way I know of.

Here's what you do: Optional- Have a lover, as high intelligence as possible, a large number of Berry Mentats (you can craft as many as you want with the crafting glitch. When highlighting Berry Mentats at the Chem Station, press A and B at the same time and you'll craft without using resources. I have been told this crafting glitch may have since been patched, so I don't know if you can still do this), Night Person fully leveled, Idiot Savant I and II. If you do not do these options, this is still the fastest way to level, it'll just be a bit slower.

Go to where Quinlan is. Tell you Lover to stay near the bed. Sleep until 6PM so Night Person activates, then pop Berry Mentats. Take the scribe mission from Quinlan. Run outside, and while still on the Prydwen, crouch and snipe the scribe at the airport. Stay crouched and don't move until [ HIDDEN ]. Then turn the mission into Quinlan and repeat. You still get get caps and XP for the scribe dying. The game will autosave after every step, so if you get caught and you piss off the Brotherhood you can just reload without losing more than a few seconds of progress. It still takes forever to get all the way up to level 253 (I think that's the level you'd get all the perks if I remember correctly). But this is the fastest way to level in the game unless you use a console command or something (I'm on PS4) that I know of.
