Missing saves in XCOM 2

Hi

When i started the game today i noticed that the last 10 saves is missing.

If i ssh to the pc and check the filesystem they are in this directory: /home/steam/.local/share/feral-interactive/XCOM2/VFS/Local/my games/XCOM2/XComGame/SaveData

And if i check the /home/steam/.local/share/Steam/userdata/169544857/268500/remotecache.vdf file they are listed there as sync'ed.

I have googled a lot but haven't found anyone else who have had the same problem, have anyone here managed to solve it? To me it looks like the files are there but they are not being read by the game for some reason.
