Some shady stuff is going on!

This literally happened just now, and if anyone else experiencing this kind of weird stuff you're not alone! Firstly I krakened, squished the guy in front of me and next moment I DIED!? how is that even possible in kraken form?? (And i did not fall in the water) I just used my special so there was no way i could have transformed back and get this, the person i took me out was the one i already squished??? Also, some other shady stuff going on, a team member was already moving and firing before the rest of us and the word go at the start of the match. I experienced lag afterwards in the next few games where I would roll over someone, wait 2 seconds and then they splat?? I closed and re-opened the game as I can't believe whats going on...
