Rejuv Bead Start?

Hey guys just wondering what you all think of the Machete+Rejuv Bead start. Doing the math, it seems like if you do a lot of early farming it's a much better start in terms of overall healing. It also has the benefit of building right into your Tiamat, which you can then pick up for 1050 (doable on first back?)

What are your thoughts? Is it not worth the immediate healing from the health pots for ganks + invades?
