Can I upgrade to Windows 10 with a g3258 cpu if I haven't overclocked?

I am building a PC with a g3258 core, I have bought win8.1 and that will be what I am starting it up with but I will then use the free upgrade to Windows 10. Obviously you cannot upgrade to Windows 10 with this CPU if you are overclocked so I want to know it my stock speed g3258 will upgrade without me having to do anything else like disabling one core.
