I have several things wrong with my Windows 10 task bar, any help with any of these would be greatly appreciated

• Can't click start button
• Can't click anything on that whole bar, with the exception of running apps
• If I try to pin or unpin something from the task bar, it is un-rightclickable, but if I right click the task bar to open task manager that still works
• The search function on the task bar doesn't work
• I can't open pictures with the photos app, I have to open them in Paint or some picture editing software to view them
• Resetting Windows 10 has not helped
• Graphics drivers are up to date
• Certain games and software won't run, Minecraft doesn't run at all, OBS will open but will crash up on streaming, StarCraft: Brood War's UI gets all messed up, 4:3 stretched doesn't work on CS: GO, and other various convenience problems

You do not know hell until you can only open pictures with Paint. Any help is much appreciated.
