Problems with my 950. Similar experiences?

I'll make it an easy list:

• When I take a video in 4k, the video playback feature blurs half of the screen with a straight bar across the entire screen

• The phone restarts several times randomly

• Some apps take an unnatural long time to refresh/load, and sometimes they don't even load until I restart the phone

• The phone will show me a glance screen, but will not unlock, until I do a soft reset of the phone (holding buttons)

• The phone constantly freezes in apps, settings menu crashes, and pretty much every time I open Baconit, I have to reopen it because it crashes.

*I've heard about the common "applying finishing touches" problem with pictures, nothing new here

• Phone gets super hot, and ravishes the battery. As I type this, I've lost 20% battery life.

Does anyone else have similar problems?

Pretty much the only reason I still have this phone is the camera. I've already done a hard reset, no issues fixed. Pretty frustrating to spend $600 on a camera with a shitty operating system. Considering just switching to iphone and just not dealing with the "soon everything will ok!!"
