Advice and my experience with xchange

Back in November I really didn't have any options car wise other than to go with xchange and it was hell from the start. Needles to say the dealership screwed my lease up. Had all the wrong info on it I signed 2 papers then realized it was wrong and stopped. They told me they would have to make another and have me resign. Next day show up no paper work they just give me the keys I was in a hurry so I left. I know shouldn't have done that. Now to January I have been going back and forth with uber on this issue no help of course and with the rate cuts im coming up short on the payment. I start trying to figure out how to pay it but all they tell me is refer to your lease that I don't have. They can't seem to get that threw there heads. Now xchange has finally emailed me asking for a payment and I still can't log into the account they gave me do to the incorrect info on the lease all that is correct is name and email. I have accepted the car will probably get towed it sucks because I have tried to pay the damn thing with no luck have all my emails and everything saved from all me attempts. Is this something I should consult with a lawyer about it just seems so shady to keep giving me the run around with no answers? Sorry long story short story- got a car threw xchange and the lease is incorrect and not fully signed and now can't get uber or xchange to help me resolve the issue and the car will prob get towed.
