Intel Duo Core PC as Streaming PC?

Hi people, I have the chance to get a PC for under 70 bucks. This PC includes following hardware:

• Intel® Core 2 Duo E8500 Prozessor (2 x 3.16 GHz)
• 2048 MB RAM Speicher
• 160 GB Festplatte
• DVD ROM Laufwerk
• Intel® HD Grafik
• Standard Intel® Mainboard

Do you think this could be enough for just the stream? I would use a Elgato HD Capture Card to get the Picture. The Stream will include a Full HD Webcam and some Plugins for Streaming.

But I am not sure if a dual core is enough even if the only job is encoding the stream.

What do you think?
