If I am going to apply to an internship, is it worth having some kind of certification saying I know HTML and CSS?

I occasionally use w3schools to refresh on something if I haven't used it in a while, and I noticed that you can "get certified" there... I don't know if these certifications are taken seriously or if they're worth the, in my opinion, absurdly high price.
