Well my game has glitched! Settlements actually giving logical quests?

You know how you'd go to Outpost Zimonja and they'd say "a pack nearby ghouls" have been terrorizing us and you'd look on the map and they'd be at Suffolk County Charter school or somewhere else clean across the map? Well for the last few encounters they've actually made sense. County Crossing says ghouls nearby and they sent me to National Guard center. The Slog said nearby raiders and sent me across the street to the quarry. Nice! I hope this trend keeps up.
