Bard Q interaction

If someone cleanses a bard q if it hits two targets opposed to the wall, shouldn't both targets be cleansed. I don't know it just seems fair. (That may already happen, I'm not sure what the interaction is)

Edit: I was just referencing the bard q in the Rng vs. Clg game when Alex Ich has cleanse.
