Arena Points Gain&Lose

Hey guys, I just wanted to ask the high ranked guys here how many points they get for each win and how many points they lose. I am arround 1750 atm and I am gettin a bit angry when since i am losing 20+ points while only winning 5-7 points. Is it similar in the higher rankings or even worse?
