[Troubleshooting] weird case

Hey guys so I got all my parts from this build: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/NXwV3C The only difference is my mobo, fan, and ram. My fan is the Corsair Hydro Series™ H100i GTX Extreme Performance Water / Liquid CPU Cooler. 240mm Ramen is changed from DDR3 to DDR4 and my mobo is the ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII IMPACT LGA 1151 Intel Z170 Intel USB 3.1 USB 3.0 U.2 Mini ITX Intel Gaming Motherboard. I'm a noob so I have no idea how to put most of the things together. I can put the stuff in the mobo but the fans and other things I'm clueless. Any idea on how to do it? The case is really compact so there is no extraneous room and it also is hard to pinpoint where everything should go in it.
