Can we get a Ready button?

It get's kind of annoying waiting a long time in the lobby for the customization to end, and it happens even when everyone is ready. An easy way to fix this would be to add a "Ready" button to the pre-game lobby. Simply put, once all players on both teams have hit the button, the game will start.
