Looking for a not too tasty protein bar

I'll try to keep this short but it's kind of weird to explain.

Yes protein bars are not required in anyone's diet. Yes some of them are basically candy with added whey. But whatever, sometimes we want something sweet and delicious but also want to cram some protein in. No I don't want to eat a tin of fish or some eggs, even if it's better for me. My fav kind of protein bar is one not full of artificial crap and that tastes good, like vega sports or battleoats of squarebars. Personally if it doesn't taste good I don't want to eat. I have no problem eating half a delicious bar and coming back to it later if I want more. Boxes last weeks in my house.

However... friend of mine frequently manages to plow through the whole box in a few days if she's not careful. This has happened with quest bars, combat crunch and oh yeah bars. She's tried my favourites ( mentioned above) but as they are tasty and higher calorie she's afraid to keep them in the house! I think its something to do with how sweet the bars are?

Are there any less sweet and candy like protein bars out there that might suit her? I've heard about reflex bars, and from the reviews they seem kind of tasteless (lol) so maybe they are less bingeable? I was going to offer her a Pulsin protein snack (I think they are yummy but they are definitely less sweet and candyish than most bars)...any other suggestions? Are there quest bars that are less sweet?

I realise this is a strange problem and yes I have mentioned to her that she could just stop eating protein bars. But she's on a mission to find something vaguely sweet to satisfy herself with that that isn't too moreish. And me being a dumb enabling friend who likes trying out new protein bars would love to be able to share stuff with her that she might like but, you know, not too much....

TLDR - ladies what protein bars do you like that taste good enough to satisfy a sweet tooth but don't make you want to eat the whole box. It's cool if you choose to abstain from that very reason but it would be cool to get some suggestions rather than "don't buy them then"
